generate serial communication

Hi

I´m a really newbie in Labview and  would like to generate a own serial protocol.

I´m using a NI USB-6363 DAQ

My logical state should look like this:

And then i want to generate for example a command like this with my protocol 0110 1101.

Can somebody help me to implement my idea in  Labview ?
